Njubiz - optimal conditions for start-ups
Njubiz is a special scheme for companies in the start-up phase. Njubiz is aimed at all types of knowledge-based initiatives, and is an important bridge to entrepreneurship for both students and graduates. The scheme is available at both the Katrinebjerg and Skejby sites.
Start-ups and small businesses are a very important target group for INCUBA Science Park, which seeks to provide this group of entrepreneurs with a good framework to test the sustainability of their ideas.
Coaching, counselling and networking are included in the price.
Low rates for entrepreneurs with growth potential
The monthly rate for the first 6 months per workplace is DKK 1,250 excl. VAT. The monthly rate for the next six months is 1,750 DKK excl. VAT. The monthly rate for the last six months is 2,250 DKK excl. VAT.
The deposit is one month's rent.
It is always possible to enter into a normal tenancy.
